Westio Login: How to Sign In Safely

Your Westio login is simply the email address and password you chose at sign-up. There’s no username to remember. You can add an extra layer of security with two-step verification, which we strongly recommend for any account holding real money.

How to log in on desktop

If the page reloads without logging you in, clear your browser cache and cookies for the site and try again. Privacy extensions and strict cookie settings can block the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

How to log in on mobile

Westio is browser-based on both iOS and Android, so the steps are almost identical on a phone.

1. Open Safari, Chrome or your preferred mobile browser.
2. Go to the Westio site and tap the Log in button.
3. Enter your email and password. Your phone’s password manager can fill these in.
4. Enter your verification code if prompted.

The mobile site has the full lobby: slots, live casino, the sportsbook, promotions and the cashier. Nothing is held back for desktop.

Add Westio to your home screen

There’s no App Store or Google Play download, but Westio works as an installable web app (PWA). Once installed, it opens full screen from an icon like any other app.

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Westio site in Safari.
2. Tap the Share icon.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen and confirm.

On Android

1. Open the Westio site in Chrome.
2. Tap the three-dot menu.
3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Be wary of any “Westio APK” offered elsewhere. As there’s no official native app, a downloadable file claiming to be one shouldn’t be trusted.

Set up two-step verification

Two-step verification means that even if someone learns your password, they can’t get into your account without a second code.

• SMS: Westio sends a code to the mobile number on your account each time you log in from a new device.
• Authenticator app: scan a QR code with an app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, then enter the rolling code when you log in. This works without phone signal and is the stronger option.

Switch it on in your account security settings. Keep any backup codes somewhere safe and offline; you’ll need them if you change phones.

Forgotten your password?

No email after a few minutes? Check your spam and promotions folders, make sure you used the same address you registered with, and only use the newest reset email if you’ve requested more than one.

Common Westio login problems

Most sign-in issues have a quick fix. Here’s what usually causes them:

• Account locked for 30 minutes after 5 wrong attempts. Wait, or reset your password.
• Wrong email address. Some players registered with an old or work address.
• VPN or location. Westio UK accounts are for Great Britain; switch off any VPN.
• Verification outstanding. If your ID or address checks aren’t finished, some account features may be limited until they are.
• Self-exclusion or time-out. If you’ve set one, or you’re registered with GAMSTOP, you won’t be able to log in to play until it ends. That’s the tool working as intended.

Staying logged in and session timeouts

For security, Westio signs you out after a period of inactivity. If you leave a game open and come back later, you may need to log in again. Any spin or bet already placed is settled on the server, so you won’t lose a result because the session timed out. Reopen the game and check your history if you want to confirm the outcome.

On your own phone, letting the browser or password manager remember your email is convenient and fairly safe. On a shared laptop or a work computer, don’t tick any “remember me” option and always log out when you finish.

Logging in when a time-out or limit is active

If you’ve taken a time-out or set up self-exclusion, the login screen will tell you that your account is unavailable until the end date. This isn’t a fault. Time-outs run from 24 hours to 6 weeks and self-exclusions from 6 months to 5 years, and neither can be lifted early by contacting support. If you hit a deposit limit, you can still log in and withdraw; you just can’t deposit again until the period resets.

Keep your Westio account secure

• Use a password you don’t use anywhere else, ideally from a password manager.
• Turn on two-step verification, preferably with an authenticator app.
• Never share your login, codes or verification documents with anyone, including people claiming to be “Westio staff” on social media. Real support works through live chat and the Help Centre.
• Log out on shared or public devices.
• Check your transaction history occasionally and report anything you don’t recognise straight away through Westio support.
